I truly believe that when you have your photographer with you for your entire wedding weekend, you are doing it right!
This stunning wedding weekend on private property in the hills of Vermont, was the best example of why all of your wedding moments should be captured and celebrated! Not only did they get to have their rehearsal dinner moments captured, but they also got to have the day after pool party captured – giving them a gallery that relives their entire weekend not just the big day.
Kiernan and Max decided that because they were doing a lot of “experience” type activities throughout their wedding weekend, they wanted to have everyone be a part of it together.
The first event of the weekend was held at a “farm to table” restaurant located on a precious piece of property deep in the hills of Vermont. Here they were able to enjoy cocktails, a family style meal, fire pit, and farm animals with all of their friends and family. Fashion is a huge part of what inspires Kiernan, as she is a photographer herself, so she made it clear to her guests that this was the time to wear something fun and exciting – they did not disappoint. This evening was full of laughter, fashion statements, a stunning sunset, and the perfect Vermont evening.
The next, and main, event of the wedding weekend was the wedding day. From the getting ready space for Kiernan and her girls in her vintage Dior getting ready outfit, the tented reception full of snake tables ad whimsical florals, to the wild dance floor with all of their people having a party – this day truly was the perfect wedding day. Something that both Kiernan and Max really desired for their wedding day was to be present with their guests and actually enjoy the people instead of being distracted by the logistics of the day – so they decided to be a part of cocktail hour and really immerse themselves in the experience they create.
The final event of the wedding weekend was the day after pool party! Keeping the vintage inspired theme, they decided to create a “sandwich shop summer” vibe by getting vintage Coke’s, custom made vintage chip bags, and catering sandwiches for everyone with their name as the “sandwich shop” branding.

Not a single detail was missed throughout this wedding weekend & because of how stunning of a wedding weekend it was, 100 Layer Cake decided to feature this Vintage Inspired Vermont Wedding Weekend – read more about it all here!
