A state capital intimate wedding and a cocktail filled intimate reception, are two of my all time favorite things to photography! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Bailey and Will reached out to me about their day, one of the biggest things I admired about the way they were planning was how they truly were leaning into what THEY wanted to do rather then trying to please everyone else. They are people who wanted to celebrate with their closest friends and family, but also wanted to feel comfortable and not overwhelmed by the pressures that can come with a big wedding day. So, they came up with the idea of having their bridal party and close family meet them at the capital for their ceremony, have some private vows on the front steps of the building, and then everyone join the rest of their friends and family for cocktails and incredible food at a restaurant down the street. It truly was the perfect compromise + the most precious celebration of their love story. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From exploring the Boise Idaho State Capital, having hand crafted cocktails and impeccable food at The Lively Boise, emotions speeches, a bouquet toss with the gorgeous bouquet that Rust and Thistle made, to enjoying the evening with their people – I would venture to say that Bailey and Will had the most perfect wedding day they could’ve dreamt of, just the way they wanted!<\/p>\n\n\n
