This stunning engagement session took place at the Providence Canyon State Park in Southwest Georgia. Only a 2.5-hour drive from Atlanta and 12 minutes from the nearest town Lumpkin. An incredibly gorgeous 1003-acre landscape of lush green trees growing in and around the canyon rock and sandy river base. Unfortunately, a lack of wisdom and knowledge in the 1800’s opened the door to lame farming skills and the whole area was deeply affected. The upside of the manmade disaster is that the Providence Canyon is now one of Georgia’s 7 natural wonders.
Address – 8930 Canyon Rd, Lumpkin, GA 31815

Meet Sidney and Dillon the two sweethearts that love adventure, nature, and each other. They made the engagement session full of laughter, romance and a very relaxing. Capturing the super happy couple just hanging out together and exploring the canyon was easy and natural. Their day was just as much about getting quality portraits as it was about well spent time chatting and being present.
They wore practical, casual, seasonal attire in neutral whites and creams. Shorts, T-Shirt and tan shoes for Dillon and jeans, singlet top, black sandals, and belt for Sidney. Remember when you set out on an adventure session to dress accordingly. Especially if you are climbing over rock formations and hiking any distance.
