The way you look at each other and the easy smile that is consistently on your faces. That is the love that I speak of with this intimate romantic couple’s sessionin Laguna Beach California. They laughed, danced, walked hand in hand, goofed around and even got their feet wet in the whitewash of the ocean. Karley and Trae’s couples’ portraits celebrate their loving relationship in a breath-taking Californian seaside destination. 

Laguna Beach is located in southern Orange County California. It is 40 miles south of Los Angeles and 70 miles north of San Diego. A stunning coastal resort city with many secluded coves, white sandy beaches, rock formations, cliffs, palm trees and pink/peach bougainvillea. Well known for its magnificent Californian beaches, restaurants, accommodation, hiking trails, activities, and art. Laguna Beach has the more beachfront hotels than any other city in California. There are many beautiful beach options for a fun and fabulous couples session photoshoot.

1. Main Beach with an easy access boardwalk, white sandy beach, rocky coastline and close to the popular Heisler Park. 
2. Treasure Island Beach, the name says it all! Found on the southern end of the city beaches and maintained by the Montage Resort. Spectacular landscape, pristine beach, and beautiful bougainvillea.
3. Crystal Cove State Park Beaches are beautifully cared for by wonderful park staff. There are heaps of fun and adventurous beach activities to enjoy too.
4. 1000 Steps Beach is a secluded gem with a pristine beach, magnificent cliffs, and amazing hillside homes.

About The Couple: California

Karley and Trae radiate joy and fun times. They chose chic casual beachwear attire for their couple’s photoshoot. It is always lovely to see personalities shine through in the unique style of clothing chosen. Obviously, landscapes, seasons and locations impact the practicality of what is worn but the style comes straight from the soul. You carry your own vibe, and it is essential you stay true to it for authentic representation in your photos. So, feel comfortable in what you wear and enjoy expressing yourselves in the couple’s session. 

Karley wore a pretty floral dress with puff sleeves, scoop necklines and a rattan beach hat with Daydream Surf Shop beach bag. Her dusty, pale lavender one-piece swimsuit with unbuttoned oversized white shirt thanks to Trae looked amazing. 

Trae wore a white linen long sleeved button up shirt with relaxed taupe pants. On the beach included pale blue boardshorts and a creamy white short sleeved shirt with a diamond pattern. 

The good thing about nature is that rocks, sand, and sea become props for pics. Also, the manmade beach table/chairs and wooden boardwalks become useful too. You don’t have to bring loads of resource and props with you to a photoshoot. Just work with what is already in the surrounds of the location.
